Objectives
In this unit, students in Kindergarten begin looking at the world around them. They begin to investigate what the world is made of. Students will:

identify landforms found on earth.

classify landforms found on earth.

identify material found on earth.
- examine earth material.
- use their senses to observe and describe material found on earth.
- investigate how rocks break down.
- classify materials gathered from the schoolyard.
