Description
This video begins with a "think aloud" activity as the instructor, using a transparency and projector, demonstrates different ways to graph a linear equation. The formula for linear equations is introduced and students participate in "think, pair, share" activities in order to answer questions about the slope and y-intercept. The instructor goes through two different ways to generate a graph when given an equation and has students answer questions about each method.
