Description
For 47 years prior to its publication, Dr. Peter Mark Roget used his precious manuscript in private, secretly aiding him in his writing process. First published in 1852, Dr. Roget’s Thesaurus is arguably one of the greatest and most important books ever printed. The Karpeles Manuscript Library preserves an archive of Dr. Roget's manuscripts including the complete original manuscript of Roget's Thesaurus.
