This Work Importance Profiler is based on the ONET Work Importance Profiler and is based on the theories of Super which relates to values.

Students will get a list of five career characteristics.  They should relate the careers characteristics that are important to them and can do so by clikcing on the arrows on the right, or dragging each statement to the proper order.

Rationale

The purpose of the assessment is to match potential careers to what students value in an occupation.  Once the students have a list of occuapations based on their value system.   They can begin researching those careers to further see which fits them best.
