NuPaths, co-founded by Harrisburg University, is a technology workforce development training provider and a registered pre-apprenticeship program focused on preparing students to perform specific entry-level roles in Information Technology (IT) for well-paying and in-demand jobs.

Recently awarded a PAsmart Grant to support program expansion and tuition scholarships, NuPaths is offering one (1) full tuition award for the NuPaths Network Technician program and one (1) full tuition award for the IT Security Analyst program, a value of $7,000 each, through the liaison network.

Awards are applicable toward tuition for the Network Technician start dates on July 25 or October 10, with courses in a distance learning format; the IT Security Analyst start dates on September 19 (in Harrisburg OR distance learning) or December 12 (distance learning).  Online courses include virtual instructor-led sessions Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6-7:30 PM EST.  The in-person courses in Harrisburg include instructor-led sessions Wednesday, and Thursday from 6-9 PM EST.

A Career Ready College Alternative

The 6-month college alternative program includes technical skills, job search and job readiness training, and career services support.  82% of NuPaths grads are employed in a tech job within six months of graduating.  The Network Technician program and IT Security Analyst program include three courses, business skills workshops, five industry certifications, eight college credits, and one project to prepare students for an internship, apprenticeship or full-time entry-level IT role.

Tuition Award Eligibility

Eligible applicants must be 2022, 2021, or 2020 high school graduates. Completion of the full NuPaths enrollment process, including completing an enrollment application and meeting admissions requirements is required to fully enroll and receive the tuition award.  Candidates can apply for the award online.
